Driver convicted in death of motorcyclist loses bail bid as he appeals 12-year sentence

A man sentenced to 12 years in prison after he killed a motorcyclist leaving a Port Dover Friday the 13th event five years ago, has appealed his sentence but has not won the right to be out on bail until the court hears his case.
