An incorrectly parked vehicle without a front licence plate caught the eye of an Oak Bay Police officer over the weekend, leading to an arrest for a firearm offence. On Aug. 31, an officer saw a vehicle backed in to a stall at Cattle Point reserved for boat trailers.
