In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the presence of the Ugandan army in the eastern province of Ituri for a month has raised many questions. On Thursday, 27 March, in Bunia, the capital of the province, the headquarters of the two countries met to coordinate their operations in the territories of Djugu and Mahagi, fiefs of the Congo Development Cooperation (Codeco).
