An Atlantic County supervisor is accused of using workers from his private company to steal gasoline from the county’s Public Works Department, authorities said Tuesday. Joseph L. Ridley, 47, of Mays Landing, who is a supervisor in the Roads and Bridges Department, owns Z5 Logistics, LLC.
