Downtown structure fire displaces 15 people

PRINCE GEORGE — An early morning structure fire downtown caused $50,000 in damages. Prince George Fire Rescue responded at approximately 12:15 a.m. Wednesday to a third floor fire at 160 Ontario Street. Crews assisted with evacuation and were able to quickly extinguish the blaze. No one was injured though 15 people were displaced due to smoke and water damage. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
