Dover - New Philadelphia Special Response Team to get new armored vehicle

TUSCARAWAS CO. (WJER) (Nov. 3, 2025) – Dover and New Philadelphia city leaders are moving forward with plans to buy an armored vehicle for their police forces. The two cities have a combined special response team, called a SWAT team in other places.
