According to L'Est Républicain, the court has once again dismissed the claim of Alexia Daval's family, who were claiming 60,000 euros in damages from Jonathann for his lies.
The family of Alexia Daval, who was killed by her husband in 2017 in Gray, applied to the courts for compensation for the damage suffered as a result of the false allegations made by Jonathann Daval. The Besançon Correctional Appeals Chamber issued its decision on Friday, 13 June, rejecting the claims of the relatives of Alexia. But the latter will file an appeal in cassation.
Jonathann Daval was released on appeal in the case of slanderous denunciation of Alexia's family, learned HERE Besançon this Friday. The former computer scientist is serving a sentence of 25 years' imprisonment for the murder of his wife.
