Cattle breeders from the municipality of Loma de Cabrera de Dajabón withheld livestock from a Haitian, in retaliation for the theft of 24 animals by Mr. Inoel Fermín Lora, in the community of La Ceiba, which were taken to Haiti. According to our correspondent Goidy Reyes, the Dominican winners hope that the Haitian and Dominican authorities can take action before it becomes a major conflict.
