- Under bail, Cho must live with his parents who posted a $50,000 surety; he surrendered his passport, reports to police three times weekly, and is banned from recording devices and hospital attendance.
- The prosecutor said a County Court trial is likely in the second half of 2026, Defence barrister Julian McMahon SC warned of lengthy delays and expects hundreds more charges, while police allege around 500 possible charges.
