The Bell of Louisville is the oldest steam pedal boat on the Mississippi River system cruising down the river serenaded by the Bell's Calliope. Brendan Callum, 32, was found guilty of sabotaging the bell and sentenced to 30 months in prison. The Bell's stern was 10 ft under and was dangerously close to slipping another 30 ft off a muddy shelf.
