Distillate master of Heydt from Haselünne: Why daily tasting is so important

Edmund Schulte has been a distiller for almost 30 years and is responsible for production at the Heydt grain distillery in Haselünne. Soon he will be visited by about 120 professional colleagues from all over Germany.
