Director of the IPS charged in a case for non-compliance with duties

Lawyer Mónica Liliana Rodríguez (55), who since 2006 has been acting as Director of Previsional Legal Affairs of the IPS, is facing a judicial case in which she is charged with the possible crimes of abuse of authority and non-compliance with the duties of a public official following a complaint linked to an administrative file for the granting of a pension that since 2018 has not been resolved.
