Digital Literacy Programme Launched In Tobago

Digital literacy is being introduced to schools in Tobago. Through a programme, hosted by Bismarck Technology and Learning Institution, Tobago’s students will be exposed to free online computer literacy programmes. The launch of the initiative was held on Thursday at the Scarborough Library.
