Violent storms with heavy rainfall, accompanied by strong winds and hail, swept across Poland. The fire brigade was called to help many times, especially in the Lublin region. The army was also called to one of the regions.
Firefighters and WOT soldiers intervened more than 600 times on Good Friday, when a storm front from Ukraine hit Poland. The most actions were recorded in the Podkarpacie region. The storms are moving inland. Initially, tornadoes were predicted, but fortunately the alert was canceled.

The worst situation is in Przemysl and Jarosław counties. On Friday, residents of ten provinces received a warning for storms and strong winds. IMGW reported that hurricanes may occur in places.
