A woman has died after a car she was in rear-ended a semi truck late Sunday in Des Plaines. Nazly Rodriguez-Munoz was a passenger in a Toyota Prius, being driven by a 28-year-old Des Plaines woman who was eastbound on Algonquin Road approaching Leslie Lane when she collided into the rear of a Volvo semi about 11:55 p.m., police said.
