Man injured in garage fire near Iowa State Fairgrounds

DES MOINES, Iowa -- One person was injured in a garage fire at a property near the Iowa State Fairgrounds Wednesday morning. Captain Stacia Swanson of the Des Moines Fire Department said the call came in at 10:03 a.m. about a detached garage on fire at 2929 Logan Avenue.
