Demolition begins on Bower Street neighborhood - The Shenandoah Sentinel

SHENANDOAH – A portion of Shenandoah’s east end, including long abandoned homes and the burned United Wiping Cloth factory are coming down as part of a planned revitalization of the neighborhood.
