The first comment from the DEM Party regarding AKP member Güler's statement on the commission: It will not be completely closed to the press, there is such an agreement.
The names of those appointed by the AK Party for the "Terrorism-Free Turkey" commission, to be established under the auspices of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, have been finalized. AK Party Group Chairman Abdullah Güler announced that the majority of the commission members are legal professionals and that representatives from all regions of Turkey are represented. The commission's first meeting will be held next week.
Evaluating the discussions on the commission to be established in Parliament, DEM Party Spokesperson Ayşegül Doğan criticized the CHP's approach to the commission without naming any individuals.
