- The policy provides 100% road tax and registration fee exemptions for electric cars priced under ₹30 lakh, while e-two-wheeler buyers receive subsidies of ₹30,000 in the first year.
- From January 1, 2027, only electric three-wheelers and N1 trucks will be registered in Delhi, with petrol and CNG two-wheeler registration ending April 1, 2028.
- Officials plan to establish 32,000 charging points across Delhi to support the transition, while schools must convert 30% of their bus fleets to electric by March 31, 2030.
