The Minister of National Defense, Adriana Delpiano, noted that the appointment of the new commander-in-chief of the Chilean Navy, vice-admiral Fernando Cabrera, is in line with the policies of Admiral Juan Andrés de la Maza, highlighting in particular the continuity of the Continuo National Plan of Naval Construction.
