Daviess County Fiscal Court passes medical marijuana business fees

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- The Daviess County fiscal court has voted to pass regulations and fees for medicinal marijuana businesses. Medical marijuana became legal in Kentucky at the start of this year. Under the ordinance dispensaries in Daviess County would pay a $500 license application fee and a $1,000  license renewal fee.
