HICKSVILLE, Ohio (WANE) - Dashcam footage released Friday shows Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers chasing down a speeding driver last week. The Hicksville Police Department said that on Sept. 18, a 19-year-old had been trying to buy alcohol at a gas station overnight but then sped away.
