Danone to acquire MADE Group, expanding its presence in the fast-growing healthy nutrition space in Asia Pacific

- Made Group, which produces Cocobella and Rokeby products, had sales of more than 300 million in the year to June 2026, with Danone deputy CEO Juergen Esser telling Reuters the company is seeing "very, very strong double-digit growth."
- Danone expects the Made business to be a "meaningful contributor" to its essential dairy and plant-based division, with both transactions expected to close in the second half of 2026.
- These acquisitions follow Danone's purchase of Huel in March and US-based Kate Farms last year, reflecting a broader strategy to accelerate growth across Asia-Pacific with new infrastructure and research capabilities.
