Supermarket group Jumbo has appointed Dane Jesper Højer as its new CEO. He will succeed interim CEO Tom Heidman effective January 1st. According to Supervisory Board President Colette Cloosterman-van Eerd, the 47-year-old Højer "brings a leader who not only brings extensive (retail) expertise, but also a personality that fits Jumbo as a family business."
