The level of Russian-Czech bilateral relations is almost zero, Russian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Alexander Zmeyevsky said in an interview published in the Russian magazine Mezhdunarodnaya Zhizn on Monday. The diplomat also said he hoped that the arrival of the new Czech Ambassador Daniel Koštoval to Moscow would have a positive impact on communication between the two countries' diplomatic missions.
