Cycling is run over by racer in Santiago

Santiago, N.L. A man traveling on his bicycle was injured, after a driver aboard a razer ran him over in the municipality of Santiago. The accident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday when a man was moving aboard a bicycle when he was hit by a razer that was driven by a woman and two companions.
