Currituck commissioners approved a preliminary plat/special use permit for a 20-lot subdivision in Grandy at their July 21 meeting. The subdivision, named Grandy Manor, is located adjacent to Poplar Branch Road and just off Caratoke Highway to the west. It is a conservation subdivision, which means it is 40% open space.
