North Carolina · North CarolinaThe Cape Hatteras National Seashore has reported that a 32-foot vessel named Pura Vida grounded on the beach Monday morning approximately one mile south of off-road vehicle ramp 38 in Avon. There were no reported injuries to the person on board the vessel when it came to shore sometime after 4 a.m., noted CHNS.
