CTT (Portuguese postal service) prices will rise by 6.2% starting in February of next year, meaning sending mail will become more expensive. The decision was officially announced this Friday by the government, following a price increase of almost 7% this year. Next year's increase represents a rise above the inflation rate estimated by the Bank of Portugal.
