Crushers double up Y’alls, 8-4

Jarrod Watkins homered and drove in three runs to lead the visiting Crushers to an 8-4 win over the Y’alls in Florence, Ky., on July 22. Burle Dixon went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs and a walk. Dario Gomez contributed two hits, a run, walk and steal. Darrien Ragins got the win, going six innings and allowing three runs. He walked five. Lake Erie won despite issuing 10 walks against five strikeouts. The series continues at 10:35 a.m. July 23.
