Criminal harassment charges against man after alleged inappropriate conversation with females in Barrie

Barrie police have charged a 40-year-old Bradford man with three counts of criminal harassment. Police say their investigation began on September 16 after a report of a suspicious incident in which a man allegedly engaged in an inappropriate conversation with three females who were on their way to school.
