Major water line break on Youngstown's South Side
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Crews are at a major water line break on Youngstown's South Side. Glenwood Avenue is down to one lane at West Boston Avenue. Crews responded around 9 a.m. The cause of the break is unknown at this time. Crews estimate that the lane will be shut down for a few hours.
