Creation of an operational reserve and groups of individual contractors of Civil Security: the Senate says no to this proposal - Departments of France

Departments of France, like the Fédération nationale des Sapeurs-pômeurs, had expressed strong reservations about the adverse consequences for voluntary work and the French model of civil security of the bill proposing successively to create an operational reserve for civil security, and then on an experimental basis to the groups of individual civil security contractors.
