Accused of Selling Sick Pigs to the Market: What Does C.P. Vietnam Company Say?

On the morning of May 30, 2025, social media spread information accusing C.P. Vietnam Joint Stock Company of selling diseased and smelly meat. The company immediately denied the information, asserting that it was fabricated and would ask the authorities to clarify.

A former employee "accused" C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company of selling sick pigs and chickens to the market. Immediately after that, Soc Trang established an inspection team. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang province also said that he had directed the police to investigate and clarify the case.
