Amid the debate over the federal budget, the conference of state governors, chaired by Tyrol, is taking place this Thursday and Friday in Innsbruck. For Governor Anton Mattle (ÖVP), the conference is also about bringing the proclaimed "reform partnership" back into sharper focus.
