The town council has unanimously endorsed a resolution asking the state legislature to pass a bill that would allow the town of Jamestown to issue Class T liquor licenses. Graham’s city council has decided to allow four beer or wine vendors to sell alcohol during the restored Arts Around the Square festival scheduled for next month.
