In Côte d'Ivoire, the PPA-CI, the party led by former President Laurent Gbagbo, denounces the arrest of one of its activists, which occurred on the night of Monday to Tuesday, 2 September. Presented as a "cyberactivist", Mamadou Zigui was reportedly arrested following the distribution on social networks of a video referring to the forthcoming deliberations of the Constitutional Council on the final list of presidential candidates of October.
