The Government of Costa Rica signed an agreement with the United States that will allow the U.S. power to send up to 25 people per week to Costa Rican soil.This is a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding on migratory flows, through which foreign non-Americans will be transferred.This was announced by the Executive after the visit of the Special Envoy of the Shield of the Americas, Kristi Noem.
