Homer, N.Y. — A man’s death in Homer is being investigated as a homicide after he died early Wednesday morning, deputies said. Around 3:22 a.m., officers responded to a call in the area of Grove Street and Route 281, according to Cortland County Sheriff’s Office Undersheriff Chad Burhans.
