AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) - The Richmond County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of former Georgia House of Representative Ben L. Harbin. According to Coroner Mark Bowen, Harbin was pronounced dead at The Fairfield Inn on 3023 1/2 Washington Road at 7:12 p.m. on April 30, 2025. He was 61. No further information is available at this time.
