Minister of Culture and Tourism Ersoy attended the launch of the Uzbek translation of "The World of Thought of Maturidi" in Tashkent. Ersoy stated that TEDA (Turkish Foundation for International Development) has provided support for the translation of 4,832 works into 70 languages in 101 countries, and that support has been given for the translation and publication of 25 works in Uzbekistan.
Minister Ersoy met with Uzbekistan's Minister of Culture, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, in Tashkent as part of the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence. Following the meeting, a "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Culture" was signed, aiming to develop cooperation between Türkiye and Uzbekistan in the fields of music and performing arts.
