WILLIAMSPORT — A state Superior Court panel has agreed with a Lycoming County judge that an individual who deliberately or recklessly propels two tons of metal at speed into an occupied business is risking a catastrophe.The panel quoted Judge Eric R. Linhardt last Friday when it affirmed the conviction of Theresa Robinson Salazar who drove her minivan into the World of Little League museum in South Williamsport about 1 p.m. on July 3, 2022.
