Fast-growing environmental consultancy Contollo Group has taken nearly 10,000 sq ft of office space in Manchester’s XYZ Building. Founded by CEO Ruth Percival in 2024, Contollo has grown to £35m turnover in just 18 months on the back of five acquisitions: Abacus, MBA, TACE, ESP and KAM.
