According to judicial sources, 68 deaths are being formally analyzed by the Federal Justice of La Plata. However, relatives of affected patients claim that the actual number exceeds 70. Federal judge Ernesto Kreplak is in charge of the case. In the last few days, he incorporated 20 new medical records sent by public and private hospitals from different parts of the country. With each new case, the list of institutions involved is expanded.

More than 15,000 ampoules of one of the infected batches had been distributed in that province, many of which were returned on time, but others were applied. Meanwhile, among the patients, there is a three-month-old baby in critical condition.
