Construction values drop 27.3 per cent last year in Saugeen Shores

While total construction value decreased by 27.3 per cent, from $144.2 million 2024 to $104.7 million last year in Saugeen Shores, the decline was softened slighting by an 18 per cent increase in the value of permits for single family homes.
