Construction nears $24 million for Villas at Old Monrovia in Huntsville

Construction of the Villas at Old Monrovia is nearing $24 million, according to permits pulled by Southern Exposure Information.Another 11 permits were issued for the project last week, which is the second phase of the Cottages at Old Monrovia. Last week’s permits totaled almost $1.5 million. To date, Cottage Builders Inc. has been issued 201 permits.
