The Federal Council decided on Wednesday on the constructions outside the area to be built. By 2026, they will be able to increase by 2%, to the great dam of Pro Natura, for which the government "torped" the second revision of the spatial planning (LAT2).
The Federal Council sets a concrete limit for building outside of zoned areas. The number of buildings and the sealed area may still grow by two percent.
