The agglomeration of the country of Gex (Ain), in the French periphery of Geneva, inaugurated Friday 12 December, in Ferney, Voltaire, one of the largest heat networks in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Under the aegis of the agglomeration and with the support of the Ademe heat fund, the total investment reaches 47 million euros to supply some 5800 dwellings, a nautical center and offices. Its maximum power will reach 45 GWh per year.
