Community invited to An Evening at the Commons for stories of Ocracoke’s ghostly past

The Ocracoke Preservation Society will host a special community event, An Evening at the Commons, featuring a “Ghost Talk” with Amy Howard and David Tweedie on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Island Inn Commons.
