The Commission or the Constitutional Affairs voted in favour of Saturday afternoon, in particular, as a foreign law.
The Government's proposals on the law of nationality and foreign law were scheduled for the following week, demonstrating a lack of interest in qualified participation.
In the vote, there was a proposal for a Government law and amendments required by the Comea, which affect matters such as family regrouping and times of legal stay in national territory, which were approved by the whole parliamentary law (PSD, CDS-PP, The Hague and the Liberal Initiative).
Despite this executive's diploma having been approved without votes at the Commission's headquarters on Constitutional Affairs, his vote was postponed for about three hours due to an impasse between the Czech Republic and the PSD on this issue of the possible payment of a supplement to the agents of this new PSP unit.
The president of the Commission of Constitution, Fernando Rospigliosi, is to whom the current Nationality Law has been outdated and requires a reform that responds to the current context.
The granting of an emergency procedure to the Government's proposal which reflects the law of nationality - whose discussion the PSD intends to close in September - had the votes against all left banks (PS, Free, PCP, Left Block, JPP and PAN) and favourably all right (PSD, Come, Free Initiative and CDS)
